How long does my order take to ship?

We, as the K5 Team, will do our best to serve you the customer and get your order to you in a timely manner. But saying that, we are not in charge of your order once it leaves our packing facility. Orders can take 5-10 business days to reach you. We thank you for your patience.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We want to make that a reality for the future.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns for food products. Contact shipping company for refund if you receive broken product.

Apparel is returnable only if damaged or has a manufacturer’s error. We must be contacted within 20 days of product delivery. Please send us a photo of damaged product & we will take care of it from there. The item does not need sent back.
